Recruitment process

What can you expect when you apply for a position at Decomecc?

Once you have submitted your application, we will review it and see if it’s a potential match for the role. If you are, you will receive a phone call so we can meet (online or face-to-face) for a complete job interview. This gives us both the opportunity to get to know each other and ask any questions. From our side, this interview allows us to have a clear view on your personality, hard & soft skills and ambitions. You can find ample information online on how to best prepare for a job interview. If you are the one we are looking for, you will receive an offer. Once you accept it, you will be briefed on all the necessary information for your onboarding.

If at any point during the recruitment process, we decide you don’t have the profile, skills, or cultural fit we are looking for, you will be notified by mail or phone.

Depending on the role, the application process may vary a little. Some may include more than one interview round, an assessment or video interviews, for example.
